Sinpas Egeyakası housing settlement is composed of 1050 housing units, including apartments and villas, three social centers with different sizes and functions, and landscape areas. The project carried on by Teğet Architecture until design development phase, is undertaken by PAB Architects at the constructional drawings phase and for the design of social centers.
