The designed office space acts as a common and flexible working and living habitat, with a setting in an industrial neighborhood with metal and auto workshops all around, that carries the industrial character of the surrounding to indoors.  The open and transparant spaces which enable encounters and interactions are designed in a flexible layout that allows its users to work in different privacy settings and in different locations by giving people options to choose where and how they want to work.
