A historical office block on Yüksekkaldırım Street is renovated and transformed into a 19-roomed-boutique hotel. The interior of the building which was used for office and workshop purposes for many years is peeled down to uncover the genuine texture of the space, and the façade is restored in relation to Karaköy’s urban fabric.
