Since the client’s preferences was to have a home-office use, a flexible plan scheme is proposed. The clear separation of circulation and living areas enabled a flexible use and differentiated the building within the characteristic row houses of Kosuyolu. The façade is also designed according to both dwelling and office space requirements.
