Renovation of the existing Sahmelek Recreational Facilities, which include worn-out accommodation units and a restaurant, proposes different villa types, with the givens of preserving the existing building structures. While keeping the indoor space areas as givens, new room combinations are proposed to have more spacious indoor spaces. By enlarging terraces and adding steel shadow canopies, the limited indoor use is enriched with outdoor space use.
